Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bitph platform — including the website at bitph.net, any mobile-optimized version, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bitph. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the bitph platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of bitph regardless of the device or method used to access the platform. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and bitph.

Eligibility

To register and play on bitph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or in a jurisdiction where accessing bitph is not prohibited by law.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or listed on any Philippine gambling exclusion registry.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person employed by or affiliated with bitph or any of its game suppliers or technology partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

bitph is not intended for use by persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is the player's responsibility to determine whether accessing bitph is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bitph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. bitph uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.

If duplicate accounts are detected, bitph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds across those accounts. Genuine deposits may be refunded at bitph's sole discretion following an investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bitph login credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bitph account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bitph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

bitph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bitph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine regulations. You may be asked to submit identification and proof of address documents before your first withdrawal or at any other time bitph deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in your withdrawal being held pending document review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on bitph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). There are no currency conversion fees applied by bitph — your account balance, bets, winnings, and transaction history are all displayed and processed in PHP.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit on bitph is ₱100. Deposits can be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your bitph balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.

bitph does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be refunded and the associated account flagged for review.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the bitph finance team. Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: 15 to 30 minutes after approval during business hours.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Up to 1 to 3 banking business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. bitph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. bitph will communicate the reason for any delay to the player via registered email or live chat.

Bonuses & Promotions

bitph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all bitph bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire after a specified period if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus balances are forfeited.
• bitph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses can only be used on games that contribute to the wagering requirement. Live dealer games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are listed per promotion.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bitph platform — including JILI slots, live dealer tables, Tongits Go, Mini Baccarat, Bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules will prevail for that specific game.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot and virtual table games on bitph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by previous results, player history, or account balance. bitph's RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on bitph — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and e-sports — are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. bitph reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or force majeure events.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay, bitph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. bitph is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the value of the original wager placed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bitph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, Tongits Go, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial credentials for deposits.
• Money laundering or using bitph for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any restricted part of the bitph platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bitph support staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Responsible Gaming

bitph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bitph players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a configured period of continuous play (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours).
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account from gameplay and deposits for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the bitph platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

bitph strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years. If we have reason to believe a player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any deposits made by underage players will be refunded in full.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bitph platform — including but not limited to the bitph name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bitph or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bitph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bitph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on bitph content.
• Use bitph branding, trademarks, or logos in any commercial context.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the bitph platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of bitph's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bitph and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or winnings arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions, or connectivity issues beyond bitph's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bitph platform.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the bitph website or provided by bitph support staff, where such reliance is unreasonable in the circumstances.

bitph's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your bitph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

bitph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bitph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the bitph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact bitph support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the bitph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your bitph experience, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. bitph aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Complex complaints involving account investigations or financial disputes may take up to 20 business days to fully resolve.

12.2 Escalation

If your complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the matter in writing to bitph's compliance team. Unresolved disputes that cannot be settled through negotiation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.3 PAGCOR Framework

bitph operates within the online gaming regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint involves a regulatory breach may seek guidance from PAGCOR's player assistance channels. bitph fully cooperates with PAGCOR in all regulatory and compliance matters.
